Warmline Directory
A warmline is an alternative to a crisis hotline that is run by "peers" who have had their own experiences of trauma that they are willing to speak of and acknowledge. Unlike a crisis hotline, a warmline operator is unlikely to call the police or have someone locked up if they talk about suicidal or self-harming thoughts or behaviors. However, if you are experiencing a crisis, please contact a crisis hotline.
Here is a directory of warmlines in the United States.

They also have a specific page for Election Stress.
